The PwC Business Transformation group was looking for a visual identity to stand out in the market. We designed a system inspired by the underlying, outside forces that affect customer behavior. The geometric pattern allows maximum flexibility and represents these push pull forces that affect the customer who is at the core. We designed the website to highlight valuable metrics, enlightening content and an engaging podcast to reveal how businesses can strengthen relationships, increase customer lifetime value and reduce the likelihood customers will leave. We were thrilled to take home a gold medal from the Communicator Awards and a silver medal for website design from the Indigo Design Awards.
